Summary
Nakkushaiguste ennetamise ja tõrje seaduse (NETS) ja maksukorralduse seaduse (MKS) muutmise seaduse eelnõu on seotud valitsuse moodustamise kokkuleppega, milles on muu hulgas märgitud, et koroonaviiruse pandeemia nõuab meilt lähiajal jätkuvat otsustavat tegutsemist viiruse leviku tõkestamiseks. Eelnõuga tehakse muudatused, mis aitavad toetada Terviseametit tervishoiualase hädaolukorra lahendamisel, eelkõige tagada ülesannete täitmiseks vajalikke andmevahetusi riiklike registrite vahel. Eelnõuga täiendatakse nakkushaiguste registri andmekoosseisu. MKS-is tehakse muudatus, mis võimaldab töödelda isiku töökohaga seotud andmeid nii Terviseametil (tegevuslubade register, nakkushaiguste register) kui ka Sotsiaalministeeriumil (tervise infosüsteem).
