Eelnõuga muudetakse alkoholi-, tubaka-, kütuse- ja elektriaktsiisi seadust eesmärgiga hoida ära 2022. aasta aprillis kehtima hakkav aktsiisitõus ning leevendada sellega kaasnevaid majandusmõjusid ettevõtetele ja eratarbijatele.
