Summary
Eelnõuga luuakse võimalus keskseks direktorite töö- ja arengualaseks hindamiseks. Eelnõu rakendamisel antakse direktoritele professionaalset tagasisidet, mis on suunatud direktorite ametialase arengu toetamisele. Hindamistulemustest lähtuvad soovitused kooli pidajale on kantud eesmärgist tagada Eesti üldhariduskoolides pakutava hariduse kõrge kvaliteet, et koolides töötavad direktorid on õppimise liidrid, et koolides on rakendunud õppija vajadusi arvestav, loovust ja innovaatilisust arendav õpikäsitus.
