Summary
Eelnõuga muudetakse tubakaseadust eesmärgiga sätestada regulatsioon seni täpselt reguleerimata tubakavabale huuletubakale, et seeläbi tagada toodete ohutus. Eelnõuga korrigeeritakse ka seaduse sätteid, mis seatud eesmärgile vastupidiselt on kaasa toonud salakaubanduse ja terviseriskide kasvu. Samuti muudetakse sätteid, mille tõttu on vähenenud vähem kahjulike toodete kättesaadavus võrreldes kahjulikumate toodetega.
