Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette võimaldada erastamisest laekuva raha kasutamist ka omandireformi käigus tagastatud ja muinsuskaitse alal asuva ehitise hooldamiseks, remontimiseks, konserveerimiseks, restaureerimiseks ja taastamiseks. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et Eestis on 12 muinsuskaitseala ajaloolistes linnasüdametes (Tallinnas, Valgas, Tartus, Pärnus, Võrus, Paides, Viljandis, Kuressaares, Rakveres, Haapsalus ja Lihulas) ja samuti Rebalas.
