Summary
Eelnõu eesmärk on keelustada rahvusvaheliselt levinud sümboolika avalik kasutamine eesmärgiga avaldada toetust Vene Föderatsiooni sõjategevusele Ukrainas. Selle keelu rikkujale nähakse ette kriminaalkaristused. Seoses Vene Föderatsiooni sõjalise rünnakuga Ukraina vastu on vajalik vältida Eesti ühiskonnas avalikkuses esile kerkimast hoiakuid, mis avaldavad toetust sõjale Ukraina vastu ning nende hoiakute avalikku demonstreerimist.
