Summary
Eelnõu eesmärgiks on täiendada liiklusseadust kahe uue punktiga, millega antakse kohalikele omavalitsustele õigus kehtestada maksimaalse arvu sõidukeid, mida ettevõte võib tema territooriumil kasutusse anda ja kehtestada vanusepiirangu, millest nooremale isikule ei ole lubatud ettevõtte poolt sõidukit kasutusse anda. Eelnõuga laiendatakse kohalike omavalitsuste võimalusi reguleerida linnaruumis kergliikurite, pisimopeedide ja jalgrataste jagamist ja kasutamist turvalisemal ja kontrollitumal viisil. See aitab kaasa paremale liiklusohutusele ja avaliku ruumi mõistlikule ja turvalisele kasutusele.
