Eelnõuga muudetakse seaduste 1. juulil 2023 kehtima hakkava redaktsiooni sätteid nii, et alates 1. juulist jääks kehtima haigushüvitiste maksmise kord, mille kohaselt on töötaja omavastutus vaid esimene haiguspäev, tööandja maksab hüvitist teisest viienda päevani ning tervisekassa maksab hüvitist alates kuuendast päevast.
