Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse muudatusettepanekud keelevaldkonna õigusraamistiku ajakohastamiseks, et tugevdada eesti keele staatust riigikeelena ning eesti keele positsiooni ja nähtavust teeninduses. Muudatuste eesmärk on tagada, et eesti keel oleks ühiskonnas peamine teabe- ja suhtluskeel. Olulisemad muudatused puudutavad platvormitööd tegevatele isikutele keelenõuete kehtestamist. Ühistranspordiseaduse muudatuse sisuks on taksojuhile nõutaval tasemel riigikeele oskuse nõude sätestamine teenindajakaardi saamise eeldusena.
