Summary
Eelnõu eesmärk on parandada lastega perede toimetulekut. Kavandatav muudatus ei loo uut süsteemi, vaid ajakohastab olemasolevat ja tõestatud järjestikuste sündide kaitset. Kavandatav muudatus täiendab senist järjestikuste sündide kaitset ja kohandab seda tänapäevase majanduskeskkonna tingimustele, kus palgakasv ja inflatsioon on kiired. Seeläbi väheneb vajadus järgmiste laste sünde edasi lükata üksnes majanduslikel põhjustel.
