Summary

Eelnõu peamine eesmärk on aidata perevägivalla ohvritel vägivallaringist väljuda ning tagada neile parim kaitse ja turvatunne. Selleks täiendatakse korrakaitseseaduse §-s 44 sätestatud viibimiskeelu kohaldamise aluseid selliselt, et lisaks senistele alustele, on politseil võimalik rakendada viibimiskeeldu olulise ja kõrgendatud ohu väljaselgitamiseks või tõrjumiseks ohvriabi seaduse tähenduses perevägivalla ohvrite õiguste kaitseks kuni 72 tundi.
