Hasartmängumaksu seaduse ja teiste seaduste muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõu näeb ette seaduse kehtetuks tunnistamise, mis sisuliselt tähendab netikasiinodele antud maksulangetuse tühistamist ja sellele eelnenud maksumäärade taastamist. Eelnõuga muudetakse hasartmängumaksu seaduse paragrahvi 6 punkte 6, 7 ja 8 ning sätestatakse nendes punktides maksumääraks 7 protsenti.
