Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse muudatusi lastekaitseseaduses ja karistusregistri seaduses, millega täpsustatakse sõnastust lapse kohtlemise põhimõtetes seoses lapse huvide väljaselgitamisega ning suurendatakse laste kaitset isikute eest, kellele on kehtestatud lastega töötamise keeld seoses nende eelneva pedofiilse tegevusega.
