Summary
Eelnõu kohaselt tugevdatakse Eestis parlamentaarset kontrolli, laiendades praegu kehtivaid Riigikogu uurimiskomisjonide õigusi Riigikogu erikomisjonidele ning tõhustades Riigikogu uurimis- või erikomisjoni töö takistamise eest karistamise võimalust. Riigikogu uurimis või erikomisjonile teadvalt valeteabe esitamine muudetakse karistatavaks karistusseadustiku alusel.
