Summary
Eelnõuga antakse Vabariigi Valimiskomisjonile võimalus tühistada valimistulemused osaliselt või täielikult juhul, kui on tuvastatud välisriigi desinformatsioon, mõjutustegevus või ebaseaduslik rahastamine ja kui see mõjutab hääletustulemust oluliselt. Muudatuse eesmärk ei ole laiendada hääletustulemuste kehtetuks tunnistamise aluseid, vaid täpsustada olemasolevat regulatsiooni, tuues seaduses sõnaselgelt välja võimalikud rikkumised, mille mõju tuleb hääletustulemuste hindamisel arvesse võtta.
