Summary

According to the amendment of the draft, during the three months of the calendar year so far, the mandatory liquid fuel reserve will be calculated in the first six months of the calendar year on the basis of the data of the previous calendar year. As a general rule, the mandatory liquid fuel reserve is calculated based on the fuel imported or consumed in the previous calendar year. In addition, the law specifies references to European Union law. The bill adopts the implementation directive of the European Commission.
