Summary
Eelnõuga luuakse diginomaadi viisa, mis võimaldaks Eestis viisa alusel töötada inimestel, kelle töö ei sõltu sellest, kus nad parasjagu asuvad. Diginomaadi viisa võib olla nii lühi- kui pikaajaline. Selle taotlemisel rakenduvad viisa andmise üldised tingimused. Kuigi olemuslikult on tegemist turismi ühe vormina, pole tegemist klassikalise turismiga, vaid töötamisega ettevõtte kasuks välisriigis. Diginomaad saab kaugtöö tegemiseks Eestisse tulla üksnes vahendaja kaudu, kes tema siin viibimise eest vastutab. Eelnõuga sätestatakse lisaks veel kutsuja kohustused tööandjale, kes registreerib välismaalase lühiajalise töötamise ning korrastatakse pikaajalise viisa taotlemist.
