Summary

The bill supplements § 38 of the Law on Law Enforcement with a special provision, which regulates the obligation to explain the rights to persons in the event of a so-called "everything blows" operation conducted by the police or other law enforcement agency to identify drunk drivers. This is a situation where, on the basis of § 25 of the law, at a time and place selected by a law enforcement body, drivers are detained without choice and subjected to a test that allows the detection of alcohol intoxication to checking.
