Summary

The purpose of the bill is to make the regulation for establishing the rate of foreign assignment allowance paid for a family member accompanying a service member more flexible. The bill abolishes from the law the percentages of increasing the foreign assignment allowance of the employee for the child accompanying the employee and the accompanying non-working spouse and provides for their establishment at the level of the Government of the Republic regulation. Even now, these percentages are established in a government regulation. The change is in line with the general wage policy, during which wage regulation has been moved from laws to the level of regulations.
