Summary
Lepingu eesmärk on luua lennuühendus Eesti Vabariigi ja Korea Vabariigi vahel, mis hõlmab vastastikuse juurdepääsu tagamist lennuliinidele, võrdsete võimaluste tagamist ettevõtjatele ning mittediskrimineerimist Euroopa Liidu aluslepingutes sätestatud põhimõtteid arvestades. Rahvusvahelisest õigusest tulenevalt saab riikidevaheline lennuühendus toimuda kahepoolsete kokkulepete alusel. Tulenevalt 1944. aasta Chicago rahvusvahelise tsiviillennunduse konventsiooni artiklist 6 võib regulaarset rahvusvahelist lennuliini teise osalisriigi territooriumile või selle kohal käitada ainult selle riigi eriloa või muu volitusega ning nimetatud loa või volituse nõudeid järgides.
