Summary
Alkoholi-, tubaka-, kütuse- ja elektriaktsiisi seaduse muudatusega langetati 2020. aasta 1. maist kuni 2022. aasta 30. aprillini elektri- ja teatud kütuste aktsiisimäärasid. Määrade langetamise eesmärk oli leevendada COVID-19 viiruse levikust tingitud kriisi mõjusid kütuse tarbijatele ja kergendada majanduslikku toimetulekut. Kuigi majandus on taastunud kiiresti, ei ole kõikides sektorites kriisieelne tase saavutatud ning kiireneva inflatsiooni tingimustes ei soovita anda lisatõuget hindade tõusule. Sellega seoses pikendatakse langetatud määrade kehtivust aasta võrra nii, et langetatud aktsiisimäärad kehtivad 30. aprillini 2023. Lisaks kehtestatakse alates 2023. aasta 1. maist nelja-aastane kütuse- ja elektriaktsiiside lauge taastamine kriisieelsele tasemele. Viimane annab nii erasektorile kui tarbijale aega hinnatõusuga aegsasti kohaneda.
