Summary
Alates uuest aastast kehtestatakse väikeettevõtjate erikord, mis lihtsustab nende tegutsemist teistes EL liikmesriikides. Kui ettevõtjal tekib teises liikmesriigis käive, siis ta ei pea ennast enam seal registreerima käibemaksukohustuslasena, juhul kui täidetud on kaks tingimust. Esiteks ei tohi ettevõtja kalendriaasta käive selles liikmesriigis ületada seal kehtestatud registreerimise kohustuse tekkimise piirmäära ja teiseks ettevõtte kogukäive ühenduses ei tohi ületada 100 000 eurot aastas.
