Summary

The draft restricts the making of inquiries in the land register in such a way that, with a single request, an ordinary user can no longer search for data in the e-land register by the name and social security code of a natural person. The purpose of the bill is to increase the protection of private life, while maintaining the public nature of the land register. In the land register, it is still possible to make inquiries based on other criteria, e.g. by address, cadastral code or register part number. Changes are planned enter into force on January 15, 2025.
