Summary
Eelnõuga korrastatakse ühistranspordi sõidusoodustuste regulatsiooni ja viiakse see kooskõlla Euroopa Kohtu otsusega, mis käsitles tasuta sõitmise kohustuse hüvitamist eelkooliealistele lastele ja puuetega inimestele. Euroopa Kohus leidis, et vastavalt Euroopa Liidu määrusele tuleb ettevõtjatele hüvitada kohustusest tulenevad kulud, mida seni Eestis täielikult ei hüvitatud. Eelnõusse lisatakse alus maksta kommertsvedajatele sihtotstarbelist toetust tasuta sõidu õigusega reisijate vedamise eest. Sätestatakse ka hüvitise arvutamise põhimõtted, toetuse taotlemiseks esitatavate andmete loetelu, toetuse maksmise ja toetuse tagasimaksmise kord.
