Summary

Seadusega ratifitseeritakse Eesti ja Austria vaheline investeeringute soodustamise ja kaitse lepingu lõpetamine, vastavale kokkuleppele kirjutasid riigid Viinis alla 13. detsembril 2021. Lepingu lõpetamine on vajalik, et tagada Euroopa Liidu õigusaktidest tulenevalt kõikide Euroopa Liidu liikmesriikide investorite võrdne kohtlemine. Kokkulepe jõustub teise kuu esimesel päeval pärast seda, kui pooled on üksteist riigisiseste jõustumistoimingute lõpetamisest teavitanud. Välisministeerium edastab Austria Vabariigile jõustumisnoodi pärast kokkuleppe ratifitseerimise seaduse jõustumist.
