Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette suurendada KredEx kaudu riigi garanteeritavate ettevõtlus- ja elamumajanduslaenude tagatislepingute lubatud kogusummat ehk piirmäära. Ettevõtluslaenude puhul tõuseb lubatud tagatislepingute kogusumma 160 miljonilt eurolt 220 miljonini ning elamumajanduslaenude puhul 96 miljonilt eurolt 170 miljonini. Sellega võimaldatakse jätkata laenude garanteerimist kuni 2022. aastani prognoositud mahus. Muudatus lihtsustab peamiselt väikeste ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtete juurdepääsu kapitalile. Samuti võimaldab muudatus jätkata eluaseme soetamiseks või elamistingimuste parandamiseks, näiteks korteriühistute või renoveerimislaenude võetavate laenude käendamist. Juhtivkomisjoniks määrati majanduskomisjon.
