Summary
Eelnõuga ühildatakse senised killustunud andmekogud, et tagada senise tervishoiutöötajate riikliku registri, proviisorite ja farmatseutide registri ning tervishoiuteenuse osutamise tegevuslubade riikliku registri andmete ühtne haldamine uue infosüsteemi kaudu. Sisuliselt liidetakse olemuslikult üksteisega põimunud registrid üheks tervishoiukorralduse infosüsteemiks. Lisaks nähakse ette tervishoiutöötajate digitaalse registreerimise võimalus. Tervishoiutöötajate digitaalne registreerimine hakkab toimuma Eesti isikukoodi alusel Terviseameti iseteenindusportaali kaudu. Kui isiku kvalifikatsiooni tõendavad andmed sisalduvad Eesti Hariduse Infosüsteemis, ei pea Terviseametile täiendavaid tõendeid esitama, tervishoiutöötajana registreerimine otsus tehakse automaatselt. Praegu tuleb lisaks taotlusele esitada haridust tõendavaid dokumente paberil või fotokoopiana. Inimestele, kellel Eesti isikukoodi ei ole, jääb registreerimisprotsess võrreldes kehtiva tervishoiuteenuste korraldamise seadusega samaks.
