Summary

The bill amends the Act on Family Status Procedures. The aim is to expand the ways of filing marriage and divorce petitions. If according to the current law both marriage and divorce applications can only be submitted locally at the civil registry office, then according to the draft it will be possible to submit the application in a secure online environment as well. The application for marriage and divorce can also be submitted to a notary through a secure online environment.
