Summary
Eelnõuga muudetakse sujuvamaks Ukraina sõjapõgenikest tervishoiutöötajate, farmatseutide ja proviisorite tööle asumist oma erialal. Eelnõu kohaselt vabastatakse nad rahvusvahelise kaitse saamisel üheks aastaks riigilõivu tasumise kohustusest Terviseameti registrisse registreerimisel ja kutsekvalifikatsiooni läbivaatamisel. Nii luuakse sõjapõgenikele võimalus jätkata oma erialase tööga ja vältida olukorda, kus see võiks takerduda rahapuuduse taha. Praegu peab välisriigis omandatud kutsega tervishoiutöötaja, proviisor või farmatseut tasuma registreerimise taotluse läbivaatamise eest riigilõivu 195 eurot. Lisaks tuleb sama palju tasuda ka kutsekvalifikatsiooni tunnustamise taotluse läbivaatamise eest. Kavandatud muudatust on planeeritud rakendada tagasiulatuvalt alates 24. veebruarist 2022, kui Venemaa relvajõud alustasid laiaulatuslikku sõjategevust Ukrainas.
