The bill makes changes to the Public Procurement Act, which enable the implementation of sanctions imposed by the EU. According to the EU sanction, it is forbidden to conclude a procurement contract or to continue the execution of a procurement contract with a person who is a citizen, resident or company established there of the Russian Federation.
