Summary

The main purpose of the changes made by the bill is to update the State Secrets and Foreign Classified Information Act (RSVS) so that the application for processing permits is more flexible than before. The bill significantly improves the quality and uniformity of the right to assess the reliability of legal entities and process state secrets.
