Summary

The bill enhances the supervision of the fulfillment of the service provision requirements and restrictions set for companies that provide employment mediation services and temporary labor mediation. Under the current law, the Ministry of Social Affairs supervises the company. According to the bill, in the future, the Labor Inspectorate will carry out state supervision of the fulfillment of the requirements set by the law. The draft amends five other laws: the Gender Equality Act, the employment contract Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Unemployment Insurance Act and Work Ability Support Act. Amendments to six laws have been combined into one bill because several amendments are related or similar.
