Summary
Eelnõu kohaselt kaotatakse algselt kuni 2028. aastani kavandatud julgeolekumaks, sealhulgas nii ettevõtte kasumimaks kui füüsiliste isikute maksustamine alates esimesest eurost. Muudatus lähtub eesmärgist tagada riigi kaitsekulude rahastamiseks stabiilne, milleks tõstetakse kaitsevõime pikaajaliseks tugevdamiseks alates 2026. aastast üldist tulumaksumäära 24%-ni ja ettevõtlustulu maksumäära 22%-ni. Jõusse jääb käibemaksumäära tõstmine 2025. aasta juulist 24%-ni, mis muutub tähtajatuks. Ettevõtete tulumaksus tuuakse tagasi lihtne, ühetaoline ja ettevõtjasõbralikum lahendus, kus ettevõtted maksavad tulumaksu üksnes jaotatud kasumilt, mitte jooksvalt kasumilt. See hoogustab nii ettevõtlust kui majanduskasvu.
