Eelnõu näeb ette suurendada puuetega laste sotsiaaltoetusi. Seda soovitakse tõsta määrani, mis vastaks lapse puudest tulenevatele tegelikele lisakulutustele, nagu on toodud ühe soovitusena välja ÜRO Puuetega inimeste õiguste konventsiooni täitmise variraportis.
