Summary
Eelnõu kohaselt lõpetab valitsus tulumaksuga topeltmaksustamise vältimise ja maksudest hoidumise tõkestamise lepingu Valgevenega, mis kehtis alates 1998. aastast. Leping pidi soodustama investeeringuid kahe riigi vahel, kuid Valgevene on seda ühepoolselt rikkunud, peatades osaliselt lepingu kohaldamise Eesti residentidele.
