Summary

The purpose of the bill is to change the procedure for relinquishing real estate so that ownership of the real estate is transferred to the local government unit instead of the state. In the future, the ceded property would be transferred to the local government, which knows the local conditions better and is responsible for the development of the living environment. Notaries have an additional obligation to prove these circumstances, which is why the notary fee for the corresponding transaction is also increased.
