Summary

The bill regulates the participation of medical residents in the provision of health care services and specifies the conditions for the participation of health care students in the provision of health care services. In addition, the bill expands the rights of general medical care service providers and service providers running a hospital or nursing hospital in such a way that they can use their real estate outside of normal economic activity. The general medical care service will also be expanded the selection of services of providers and service providers running a nursing hospital with a physiotherapy service.
