Summary

The bill creates an opportunity for credit institutions to issue covered bonds, which are one of the special types of bonds. In the form of mortgage bonds, these are secured bonds issued by credit institutions (simplified banks), the collateral of which is the so-called high-quality bank's claims against the borrowers, which are generally claims arising from mortgage loans or loans granted to the public sector. In other words, to put it simply, it is a guarantee for mortgage bonds usually the claims of the credit institution against the recipients of real estate loans, especially housing loans, or against the state and local governments.
