Summary

The draft specifies the joint activities of the Defense League with the Defense Forces in educational and additional educational gatherings, in preparation for collective self-defense of the country in the event of military crises and its implementation, and participation in international military cooperation. The conditions and procedure of cooperation shall be established by the Government of the Republic by its regulation. In § 52 of the Law on Amendments to the Defense Union Act, the term "immediate coercion" is defined and explained in detail, which is directly related to the new with a chapter on the security area of ​​the Defense League.
