Summary
Eelnõuga kõrvaldatakse tehniline viga ja tagatakse selgus, et õnne- ja osavusmängude maksustamine kaughasartmänguna toimub ühetaoliselt. Muudatus võimaldab eemaldada seaduses tehnilise vea, mis võib anda alust ekslikele vaidlustele. Kiire jõustamine aitab taastada olukorra, millega turuosalised ja maksuhaldur arvestasid, ehk ühtne maksumäär mõlemale mänguliigile. Eelnõuga tehtav muudatus jõustub seaduse vastuvõtmisel Riigi Teatajas avaldamisele järgneval päeval. Selline lahendus võimaldab kiiret õigusselguse taastamist.
