Summary
Eelnõuga lisatakse maareformi seadusesse säte, millega kehtestatakse füüsilisest isikust kasutusvaldajatele võimalus anda kasutusvaldusesse saadud maa allrendile iseenda, abikaasa või sugulase äriühingule. Eelnõuga ei kehtestata piirangut, et äriühing kelle kasutusse võib kasutusvaldaja maa anda, peaks olema iseenda, abikaasa või sugulase ainuomandis. Eelnõuga lisatakse maareformi käigus kasutusvaldusesse antud maa omandamise seadusesse 3 täpsustus, et füüsilisele isikule kasutusvaldusesse antud maa allrendile andmine iseenda, abikaasa või sugulase äriühingule ei välistaks hilisemat väljaostuõigust.
