Summary
Eelnõuga kavandatakse muudatused taimekaitsekoolituse regulatsioonis, et muuta see paindlikumaks. Edaspidi ei ole taimekaitsetunnistuse saamise peamine eeltingimus üksnes taimekaitsekoolituse läbimine, vaid ka asjakohaste teadmiste olemasolu, mida tõendab taimekaitsekoolituse eksami edukas sooritamine. Lisaks täiendatakse TaimKS-i võimalusega kasutada taimekaitsevahendeid mehitamata õhusõidukitelt. Taimekaitsevahendite kasutamine lennukitelt ja helikopteritelt jääb endiselt keelatuks, kuid teatud tingimustel on lubatud nende pritsimine droonidelt. Samuti leevendatakse taimekaitseseadmete tehnilise kontrolli tegijatele kehtestatud iga-aastast koolitusnõuet ning muudetakse menetlusprotsessid paindlikumaks.
