Summary
Eelnõuga lihtsustatakse ja ajakohastatakse maksudeklaratsioonide esitamist, et vähendada nii maksumaksjate halduskoormust kui ka riigi töökoormust. Seniste staatiliste deklaratsioonivormide asemel sätestatakse edaspidi seadustes esitatavate andmete loetelud, mis võimaldab Maksu- ja Tolliametil kujundada e-keskkonda paindlikumalt ning arendada automaatset andmevahetust majandustarkvarade ja MTA süsteemide vahel. Muudatustega piiratakse paberdeklaratsioonide esitamist. Tööandjad peavad edaspidi esitama TSD deklaratsiooni elektrooniliselt sõltumata töötajate arvust. Seni oli kuni viie töötaja puhul võimalik esitada deklaratsioon paberil. Objektiivse takistuse korral jääb siiski võimalus taotleda paberil esitamise luba.
