Summary
Eelnõu eesmärk on teha valitsusele ettepanek viia Rail Baltica Tallinn–Pärnu lõigu ehitus kasutuselevõtuks vajalikus tervikus lõpule hiljemalt 2030. aasta lõpuks ning esitada Riigikogule kolme kuu jooksul kontrollitav ehituse ja rahastamise kava. Otsus ei kinnita ise riigieelarve eraldist, selle eesmärk on suunata valitsust tegema tähtaja saavutamiseks vajalikud otsused ja andma Riigikogule nende kohta aru.
