Summary
Eelnõu võimaldab 2027. aastal kasutada vajaduse korral kuni 76 kaitseväelast NATO kiirreageerimisväe ja alaliste mereväeüksuste koosseisus rahvusvahelisel sõjalisel operatsioonil. Eelnõu eesmärk on jätkata Eesti panustamist NATO valmidusüksustesse ja võimaldada vajaduse korral NATO tegevust ulatuslikumalt toetada. 2027. aastal kavandatakse praeguse aastaga sarnast panust: üht miinitõrjelaeva ja staabiohvitsere. Kuna alalise mereväeüksuse koosseisus valmidusse antud laeva saab vajaduse korral kasutada ka kiirreageerimisväes, taotletakse neile ühist mandaati.
