Riigikogu otsus "Ettepaneku tegemine Vabariigi Valitsusele seoses riigi maksevahendite valdkonnaga"

Summary

Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek viia läbi riigiasutuste krediit- ja deebetkaartide valdkonna süvaanalüüs ja auditeerimine, et selgitada välja maksevahendite andmise ja kasutamise probleemid, eesmärgiga välistada põhjendamatu või kergekäeline riiklike maksevahendite andmine. Samuti tehakse ettepanek töötada välja ühtne ja kõikidele riigiasutustele kohustuslik riigi maksevahendite andmise, haldamise ja kontrollimise süsteem ning võtta vastu selleks vajalik õigusakt, mis lähtub Euroopa Komisjoni poolt kasutatava ametnike pangakontodega seotud korporatiivsete krediitkaartide süsteemist ning sätestab deebetkaartide andmise erandjuhud.
