Riigikogu otsus „Ettepaneku tegemine Vabariigi Valitsusele vähendada kohtutäituritel sissenõude summast sõltuvaid põhitasu määrasid poole võrra"

Summary

Erinevad maksutõusud ja ka planeeritav automaks paneb inimestele veelgi suurema maksukoormuse ning ilmselgelt ei suuda kõik oma rahalisi kohustusi täita. Selgituskirjas märgitakse, et teatavasti järgneb sellele kohtutee, kus võlgnikelt hakkavad rahalisi vahendeid sisse nõudma kohtutäiturid, kes saavad vastavalt Kohtutäiturite seaduse § 35 järgi sissenõude summast sõltuvat põhitasu. Arvestades seda suurenevad kohtutäiturite sissetulekud hüppeliselt, mis pole aga õiglane ja proportsionaalne taotletud eesmärgiga. Seetõttu tuleb vähendada Kohtutäiturite seaduse § 35 toodud kohtutäiturite põhitasu määrasi poole võrra.
