Summary
Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et transpordi- ja logistikasektor on juba mõnda aega juhtinud tähelepanu vajadusele lubada Eesti teedele pikemad ja suurema täismassiga autorongid. Muudatus võimaldab leevendada veokijuhtide puudust sektoris. Lisaks eelnimetatule annab selliste sõidukite kasutamise seadustamine kasu põllu- ja metsasektorile ning transpordi valdkonnale üldisemalt. Ettepaneku rakendamine ning Liiklusseaduse muutmine parandab maanteetranspordi kuluefektiivsust ning mõjutab positiivselt ka kaupade transpordikulu lõpptarbijale.
