Riigikogu otsus „Ettepaneku tegemine Vabariigi Valitsusele ajutise kaitse saanud inimeste toetamise paketi välja töötamiseks"

Summary

Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek ajutise kaitse saanud inimeste toetamise paketi välja töötamiseks. Seletuskirjas põhjendatakse ettepanekut, et ajutist ja rahvusvahelist kaitset, millega kaasnevad kõik Eesti püsielanike sotsiaaltagatised, on Eestis hetkeseisuga saanud 41 tuhat Ukraina kodanikku. Nende suhtarv meie rahvastikust on üks maailma suurimaid kui mitte kõige suurem. Neist üle 41 tuhandest isikust teame vaid nende sugu ja vanust. Teadmata on isegi rahvus, ehkki see on Ukraina passis kirjas. Puudub teadmine kaitse saanud isikute Eestis ja Eestist väljapoole liikumise, Eestis töötamise ja terviseseisundi, edasiste kavatsuste jms kohta.
