Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek leida 10 miljonit eurot õpetajate palgatõusuks 2024. aastaks vastavalt Eesti Haridustöötajate Liidu kompromissettepanekule. Samuti viia läbi haridustöötajate kollektiivlepingu sõlmimise läbirääkimised järgmise kolme aasta palgakokkuleppe üle ja sõlmida kollektiivleping Eesti Haridustöötajate Liiduga ning töötada kiiresti välja tõhusad meetmed haridustöötajate töötasu ja töökoormuse kaasajastamiseks ning piisava õpetajate järelkasvu tagamiseks, et tagada kvaliteetse hariduse jätkusuutlikus Eestis.
